I think of leaving my job and a successful day care at home, so I am with my children to be. We have a big house with a large basement, which turned into a playroom. He had planned, meals, snacks, wipes and present activities. Parents provide diapers, formula all the necessary / breast milk or medications.
I would maintain detailed records of each child what they did, and ate that day. I also think that contracts and the payment rules and provide public holidays (with the exception of schools, no discounts).

I try to speak a kind with you, just to see how you were as a person ... You know? Loving Kind, etc. These are qualities that I see.
I would like to see some of the outdoor activities, so that the kiddies exercise and fresh air. In hot weather, perhaps you could make a game and from the exercise of their babies in strollers or whatever you want.
